The picture of artless innocence, with unfurrowed brow and an air of gentle calm, she works her look in a sweetly relaxed, waffle-knit sweater from Rodebjer and a knockout necklace by Philippe Ferrandis. The snowy top is a perfect foil for her assertive jewelry, hinting at an inner steeliness. Two show-stopping, extravagant flowers, with petals radiating from an opalescent Crystal Pearl centerpiece, merge with four parallel rows of large-scale silvery SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS. The effect is chunky and confident, luxurious and opulent – a symphony of silver and creamy translucency. Made by hand at his Paris workshop, this master of his art sure knows how to make a girl feel good. Photographed and styled, respectively, by two young Swedes, Andreas Ohlund and Nike Fröhling Felldin.
This picture was taken for the upcoming 2012 SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS publication.
